Remove rain hazard reporting
People overuse the rain hazard report, to the point of annoyance and distraction. We get it, it's raining! Rain is not a significant enough hazard to warrant an auditory warning. At least add an option to disable certain types of hazard reports!

Great news! The feature of removing hazard in report button is now available in Waze. Install the latest app version to check it out.

Rain is a hazard- even a dangerous one. Rain can be an unusual occurrence in some areas and when it comes, so do rare activities. The rubbber-topped roads become dangerously slippery, dirty windshields should be cleared before entering the rain, convertible tops closed and so on.

The same for fog. Annoying to keep getting this every few minutes

I live in Miami not Seattle, rain here is normally a local event, especially in the summer and fall and rarely all inclusive. Taking rain reporting out of the ap is counterproductive. This feature was great when traveling on major highways. It is also helpful in avoiding rain induced traffic jams.

How about a "disable rain hazard" feature. We've had several people drown due to flash floods.

I agree! I live in the Seattle area and as everyone knows it rains a lot! I don't need to have a warning come up every mile that there's rain. Maybe a new feature that says "no rain in area" would be nice...
