Bug: iOS - waze never sticks to itinerary B or C. It always reroute to A
Ex: choose route B or C in order to get to destination. As soon as you start driving wase reroutes you to option A which you intentionally discarded

Wait times for metered on ramps
When On ramps are metered there can develop a very long queue to enter a freeway this should be considered in route calculations, but it doesn't seem to be. The navigation has you turning on to a street that had an on ramp to a freeway that is backed up several blocks beyond where you made your turn onto the street. The result is you cannot merge into the lane that allows you access to the on ramp.

You need another subheading in hazards
You should add "hitchhiker" under the hazard- roadside heading. I passed 3 today. One of whom was staggering along the roadside. And under hazards IN the road there should be slow driver.

the control bar is hard to work with one hand on large phones
maybe you can make the control bars moveable for left and right hand users

Set location of a "Report" for where you press the Icon that displays the reports instead of setting it where you are when you select send
I like to participate in Waze to help others as they've helped me, but often don't see things to report until I'm already on top of it. (i.e. speed trap, hazard, etc.) I've found that the location based on my selection is placed far further on the map from the actual occurrence by time I select the remaining options and hit "Send". As the last thing I want to be doing while traffic is maneuvering and breaking is seeing which additional selections need to be made to make sure I select correctly, it would be nice if selecting the "Report"…

Lost username with new login
I had a username, but when I switched my iPhone, I could not get back in. I logged in via Facebook, and now everything is gone.

Give me a "I know where I'm going so don't bug me unless I need to know something" option
You need an option that allows the user to indicate that they know the route that they are taking, e.g., I don't need turn by turn instructions- I take the same handful of routes every day but I use Waze for estimating distance or alerting me to obstacles. Instead, tell me when the route I'm on has a problem. Because you don't have this option, I turn it on and off at various times.

You should add the ability to report light traffic, such as when you're somewhere that's abnormally uncongested.

Reporting Long Light Cycles
I recently sat at a left turn signal for 4 or 5 cycles. I wanted to report a LONG light so others didn't try to turn there too. Currently I cannot do that.

Could you please create Wazers w/ i.e. football team logos or sport types?
Providing more WAZER personalities such as aforementioned a little demonstrated who each WAZER is i e. Seahawk fan. During the World Cup for soccer, w could show our support for our country, so why not other sports? Please create them?:) Thank you, Sally

Add a report feature for disaster reporting so emergency responders have real time info
In today's Napa earthquake, it took many hours for emergency responders to collect, report and analyze data, do triage, etc. let the crowd report details of disaster events (type, severity, help requested, etc) and generate dashboards for emergency responders to see a summary and details of the data

Warn about dangerous road sections and interserctions.
Accidents occur more often at specific road sections and intersections. Since Waze receive accident warnings, two things could be done: alert Waze users that they are driving through a dangerous zone and make this information available to traffic authorities.

"View Drive" should be able to stay in landscape mode
When used in landscape mode, pressing "View Drive" on a shared drive invitation switch to portrait.

Forward road-hazard reports to Highway Patrol
Sometimes I see the same dangerous road hazards day after day and I think local authorities would take care of it if Waze could only pass on the report (if only reports with a lot of "confirmations" from other Waze users).

Distance by blocks or exits
Instead of by feet, notify turn distance by number of blocks or exits. This makes more sense to a human driver.

Routing quality has plummeted after the Google acquisition - please get it back in shape!

I am a passionate Waze user who has converted many friends to the app, and has become a top 4% reporting contributor (I don't participate at all in any other gamified apps or websites). But now my support is waning fast.
Ever since Google bought Waze, routing has progressively become worse and worse. I initially switched to Waze because Google Maps routing had become horrible - inefficient routes when there were obviously better ways to go, etc. Waze does awesomely creative things like telling me to get off the freeway at an exit then immediately…
