Enter a different starting point and see the eta travel time based on a future time
If I wanted to drive from a different starting point to my current location, have the option to see what the traffic times would be. It works now, but just without a different starting point.
Ex. I want to go to a store usually 45 min away but I know traffic is bad on the way home. I want to be able to plan my initial trip based on how much time/traffic I would encounter going home.

Time Limit for Reports
Hi Time Limit for Reports, on the map is 30 min that is very short, much people complaining about it, will be good around 1 hour maybe more! And for car stoped will be good 1.5 a day because car who is broken can’t move out for 30 min etc. Thank you

Need greater flexibility to report closed roads.
If I am passing by a closed road, I am not on the road, and Waze will not allow me to mark it as closed. This is a major hazard and hassle as you should be able to report ANY closed road in your general vicinity.

This-trip-only Navigation Preferences or Warning When Any "Avoid" Option is On
Occasionally a given trip requires selecting "Avoid" options within Navigation Preferences. However, it's easy to forget those options were set, resulting in a convoluted and potentially time-consuming routing the next time Waze is used for a different destination. Suggestion is to provide an upfront Navigation Preferences option for "this trip only" when setting up the trip or when a trip is selected from favorites. An alternate approach to this issue is that whenever a future trip is defined, via favorites, new trip or past trip, the user is alerted if any Navigation "Avoid" settings are ON.

New Update Has Issues
With the most recent update, my google assistant microphone no longer works with Waze while using Android Auto. For example, if I'm driving & I tap the microphone or call out to Google and ask for directions to a place, the voice command says "ok, setting your route to said place." Then my Waze map flashes but the directions do not appear nor is there any route guidance. Another feature that seems to have disappeared is adding a stop to my current route. Bring back drive sharing to other persons waze app
Please bring back waze drive share. It spams my or my spouses messenger or messages if we send our ETA with other apps. Old solutions was more hands free friendly (fewer clicks).

PLEASE BRING BACK THE WIDGET FEATURE FOR iOS!! It was so convenient to use before, especially being that majority of people’s phone layouts are set up based on widgets.

Another speed camera idea
I want field box indicating if there is a speed camera on my planned route. I want tis option with audio and I want it to take some noticeable portion of the screen. I also want this box to indicate calculated distance to the next Hazard zone each time. I want the Hazard box to stay until no hazards.

Put back the Time Frame on the Home Screen for Planned Drives
After the last update. You can no longer see what time you need to leave at or what time you’ll arrive on the Home/Main Screen, it just shows the location. Before if traffic was suddenly building, you could see the time to leave advance real-time. Now there’s nothing. I don’t know if this is a bug or an intentional change to improve the look, but I hate it

Variable Speed Limit Camera Audio Cues
Hi, based in the UK here.
When a user drives in a variable speed limit zone on a motorway in the UK, Waze thinks the speed limit is 70 mph all the time when in fact the speed limits can be changed from anywhere between 20 mph and 70 mph.
These variable speed limit zones have several speed cameras that can detect speeding for a variety of speed limits.
When navigating on Waze, when approaching a speed camera the audio cue for alerting to speed cameras does not play when driving within the speed limit shown in Waze, only when…

Bad update
This update isn't user friendly. When I disconnect from my car, Waze still runs on my phone. Can't remove old destinations.

The police ahead warning alerts need to be earlier, Getting the alert when they are already visible ahead is too late. Time is imperativ

Your new version wastes my time....
Your new version is not better. It's a step backwards. You require an extra step to plan a drive - why? When I want to save a destination, why do I have to search for it? Why doesn't this version have the capability to add a previously planned / driven route?
And where is the feedback input? "Suggestions" are not the same as feedback...

When over speed limit please use yellow on red, cant read current
Can you please give a option of over speed colour as red on back is unreadable, maybe yellow on red. Also have an option of small, medium and large icon size.

Change police alert radius
Be able to change radius of when you are alerted of cops. Instead of alerting 500-600m before, be able to change it to 1km, 2km, etc

Manual night mode button
There needs to be a manual night mode button because on my way to work in the morning when it is still dark out, day mode activates all by itself and is far too bright and I end up having to fiddle with my phone while my car is in motion to make it dim again and that is dangerous.
