Notice if a location has had speed cameras/police cameras report multiple time in that locations
An alert if a location has had multiple reports of speed cameras or police in that location in the past.
I'm thinking of mobile speed camera traps that are moved around. The locations for both mobile speed traps and mobile speed vans tend to reuse the same locations.
So being able to have an alert saying cameras have been reported in this location previously would be brilliant.9 votes -

Shot clock for cops
Disallow manually removing police. Instead there should be a clock timing down (from 15 minutes?) since the most recent Waser had confirmed the Cops presence. Should time out if no new confirmation, and a shot-clock restart with every new confirmation. No more confirming if cop is still there.

Waze has the framework to potentially help avoid chain reaction vehicle accidents
I have been studying chain reaction vehicle accidents for years and I belive that Waze may have most of the architecture already in place to alert drivers not yet at the accident scene to slow or stop, which would minimize or eliminate the wreckage, injuries and deaths that occur when low-visability causes vehicles to continue running into a crash site, creating a chain reaction accident. My request is to communicate with one of your engineers to discuss the concept.

Add the option to report rough road ahead so that drivers are aware of road conditions being hazardous.

Earlier notification of mobile and static speed cameras
Current speed camera alerts occur too late and usually when the camera can be seen which by then is too late. Earlier warning along with the speed limit would be a great enhancement to the app.

Speed limit alert
Hey Waze
I have a proposal that I think would help with traffic safety. You have already created a speed alert. The problem today is that it only gives an alarm once in a speed zone. To get a new alarm, you need to enter a new speed zone. I thought it might be a good idea to make it possible for you to choose to get an alarm as long as you drive too fast, and that you can choose the alarm tone and volume. Police Alerts
A police report should notify drivers when driving within a certain radius of the report and not just for drivers that are traveling in the direction of the report. This would be very beneficial on highways and eliminate the need to report police twice for both sides.
To make this make sense, if you’re traveling southbound on a two-lane road and you make a police report, it will only alert the southbound traffic, not the northbound.

Ya no aparece la alerta de "Animal muerto en el camino" en Waze
Ya no aparece la opción de alerta de "animal muerto en el camino" ni de "animal herido" en la orilla en Waze para Android Auto, tampoco en la app del teléfono. Considero que esta opción es muy importante para los conductores y para garantizar la seguridad de los perros, gatos y otros animales que andan vagando por las carreteras. Common Police Locations
Police aren't always marked, they may have just moved, but police locations tend to be rather consistent at least in my experience. Waze, I assume, has the data tracked for every instance of report and knows the location of all police reported events so why not do something with this data to help drivers. Create a potential police location report. This is something that drivers don't place but is a backend development from the Waze team. Bouncing an alert on the "prayer of the road" at the city of the city.
I am a Jewish religious person, I really want the notification of the road prayer from exiting town to town, this is very desirable and technologically easy, it is recommended to get more details about the user as a question. Lengthening alert time before left/right turns
When approaching a right or left turn, the application many times doesn't give enough time to respond.
I assume this might be partly because of inaccuracies in the car location, but I think the basic problem is not recognizing it takes time to move from lane to lane, especially in crowded roads.
In my opinion you should lengthen the time for the final alert to at least 6-8 seconds before the turn.
I must emphasize that this time should be the time of the end of the alert, and not the beginning of it!8 votes -
Speed camera alert distance
It would be very useful to be able to increase the distance at which speed camera alerts are triggered. Currently they are way too short (too little notice) - speed cameras can now detect cars at a significant distance away, and multiple times I've had the alert triggered only after I could see the camera and it could see me (usually on a motorway bridge).

Bring back Deer sightings on or near road. Simply , road hazard is insufficient to warn drivers.
Being back deer on side of road or in road is much better than just saying road hazard . A simply road hazard does NOT give drivers proper heads up to avoid killing the animals and possibly themselves
