Report
There needs to be a way to report things when things are behind you!! My husband just had to swerve all over the road to avoid hazardous debris. But we're on the highway going 70+ so by the time I started a route JUST SO I could report it, it wouldn't let me!! That debris is absolutely going to cause damage!

user defined button
Have a couple of user defined buttons on the main screen, so that the user can define what these are for, for their most used functions - my car uses a steering wheel control to navigate around Waze, so to report a pothole (there are many where I live), I have to go down about 4 levels (I think from memory) to get to the pothole button - on steering wheel navigation, that can take 10 seconds, and at 60mph, I'm already around 900 feet away from the hazard. Road closure options
Would be nice to be able to report a road closure prior to starting trip. I know a major road is closed but I can't report it to be routed around it until I am at the closure

Have different reports for police. Knowing if its a booze bus, speed camera, high patrol car etc would be very helpful.

More options on Android auto
Hi there,
Why waze has limited options when using throw Android auto?
When you press the location icon it doesn't give all the options as when I am using it directly from the phone(options such as road ahead close) Why is that?
All new cars have got android auto, I think I should be able to access all options of waze throw Android auto, but that is not the case.

speed camera
You used to let us report Police -> Speed camera. For temporary speed cameras. Now we can only report police/visible or police/hidden. Not all speed cameras are permanent map features. Please reinstate this feature.

Police info
All the places that the police icon or other hazard icons show, one should be able to see the details of that icon. Currently I can only see the minutes reported and distance of an officer when in the route mode. Overview mode should show the same level of details when you tap on the icon. It is ridiculous to have different displays / abilities to see different level of details when it should all be the same. Apple Play in car
When connected to apply play, you do not have the option to notified cops on the other side and you do not have the option to say no turn allowed due to event or construction. Those options are only available when not connected on Apple Play. It’s frustrating because the same options are not available on Apple play connect. So I end up flagging the map as you cant turn at all then you guys email me and tell me what’s the error on the map. Well, the error is you can’t turn because of construction or an event but…

The bottom menu animation is laggy
The bottom menu whete the search is, when sliding to appearing/disappointing or when scroll the animation is jerky.

Road construction algorithm
Please change algorithm for road construction to not automatically clear. I go through multiple areas that are year long construction, but have to enter construction every time through them.

Time Limit for Reports
Hi Time Limit for Reports, on the map is 30 min that is very short, much people complaining about it, will be good around 1 hour maybe more! And for car stoped will be good 1.5 a day because car who is broken can’t move out for 30 min etc. Thank you

Report portable flex speed camera's
There are new flex speedcamera's in the Netherlands where they set it up and keep it for a few weeks. For 2 days i have been reporting this on the map and my report gets removed. the first time the report got confirmed by another waze driver. Meanwhile flitsmeister has it updated and it does not get deleted. so all the flitsmeister users are not getting fined but waze users do!!!! please fix this

Reporting a hazard accurately
I narrowly missed a car stranded on a short slip road, but by the time the hazard logged, I was off the slip road, so the report was not accurate enough, and I also couldn’t delete it

Please block user VaLeRaVeL-
Please block the users, who everyday set wrond reports about potholes on the road ! One of most active users, who leave wrong alerts is VaLeRaVeL-
The area is Latvia, Riga . And long way from start of Daugavgrivas iela to the Dzintara iela. EVERY. DAY. he's (and he) leave a wrong reports. And every evening I erase this reports from the road, but I can't erase them all. Please help ! And send your decision on my email or here.
