Suggest reports expire when “reported not there” by a number of Wazers
Reports are expiring before they should. From personal experience I have seen reports of Roadworks, Police Speed Checks etc. expire on Waze before they are actually over. Is it possible to expire all reports when a number of Wazers report them “Not There”.
A footnote to this is what happened to me today. We went to Town to do some shopping etc. and reported three different Roadworks. Coming home the three Roadworks were still happening but had disappeared on Waze. I started reporting them again but on the last one I got a Warning for Over Reporting and would lose…1 vote -

“Later”
Please reinstall the “Later” feature to the app. It makes it easier to report traffic issues while driving. For example to report a stalled vehicle on the side of the road it’s easier to save it for “Later” just in case you come up on it quickly or from around a curve. This feature allowed a quick response to report accurately.

Want to be able to put in more cop info and a comment!
I want to be able to post there’s a cop what kind of car it is I want to be able to put in what type of car it is (motorcycle, truck, undercover, suv, car) and whether it’s a hidden police car. I want the ability to put in more info on my own on a comment so I can say it’s a hidden cop car that always hides by the school. Ect. Or a motorcycle bike that always hides behind a fence by the street. The police in our area tend to hide pretty well would be helpful for…

Firstly, thank you for this amazing app. I've passed on to several friends now.
My question is about reporting everyone's pet hate, Potholes!
Over the past few weeks I've submitted loads of locations while travelling but most of the time doing the average legal speed, by the time its been 'logged' either by tapping the appropriate icons or doing it via voice command, the pothole is then maybe several yards or more, behind me.My concern is that their locations won't always be spot on. Allow us to add or remove speed cameras
We should be allowed to add speeding cameras. I live in DC and the mayor adds and move cameras constantly. it’s new cameras everywhere and they aren’t on Waze. It’s no option to add them. So it doesn’t help me if I see a camera and I cannot warn others of a camera that has been added. That should be changed. We can add traffic and other hazards why not cameras too.

Speed bumps and closed roads in CarPlay
Currently we report speed bumps as potholes. If we could report them differently, nobody would expect a speed bump to disappear. And you could sell pothole information to local governments for pothole fixing planning.
I love being able to report closed roads. But I can’t do it using CarPlay. That should be possible, otherwise the app will try to send us again through the same blocked road. Please fix this.4 votes -
Quickfire pothole and road flooded button
Add a pothole report button that does not need to be found through the sub menu options and also create a flooded road button that shows the depth of flood and asks drivers if it has gone by the hour

Ability to report a closed turnaround
Waze lacks the ability to report closed turnarounds, a critical feature in Michigan where the “Michigan left” is largely the only way to cross a divided highway. This significantly impacts travel time and route accuracy due to inaccurate ETAs and suggestions, leading to frustration and potential safety concerns.

Google maps has provision to report MOBILE speed cameras. You really need to do the same!!!
I always use Waze but I've just had reason to use Google maps and to my horror discovered that they have provision to report mobile speed camera vans/traps.
I've been suggesting this for YEARS, and have never once had a valid reason why it's not being done.. I've just been fobbed off with the usual "yeah it's been suggested but they've just decided not to do it".

Need arrival and departure times in timeline
I need to have arrival times in the history timeline so I know when to pick up my kids or pets. I have to pick them up within a five hour window. Every place I drive to or depart from does not show the arrival times or departures. Can this be a feature? Google maps has it.

Ability to set an Editor Email
I've already seen this suggestion https://waze.uservoice.com/forums/59225-map-editor-suggestions/suggestions/41506807-ur-reply-via-email but I thought this would be a nice compromise.
Let editors set an Editor Email in WME, that becomes the reply-to address on report emails (for those who don't know: there is a difference between the reply-to and sent email address). The sent email can be changed to something like userreports@waze.com and then the editor can just receive the reply to their editor email.
Just to clarify, by editor email, I mean our own email addresses we already have for editing related things (e.g. deviatefromtheplan.waze@gmail.com), rather than Waze creating email addresses for us.…
