To be able to share your location indefinitely with family members or friends.
The ability to create a group in Waze with family and friends, where your location is always present. Google makes it difficult. My parents are not all that tech savvy and today my Dad was in a serious accident and it took us hours to find him. This needs to happen. Waze, pull out your finger. This does NOT need votes. In order to be in a group you can invite but the other party has to accept, so it is not a breach of privacy. At least add this option for those who need it and maybe the ability…

What's on my route?
The option to view what restaurants, stores, gas stations, rest area, etc. "on my route" would be great. Besides being super nice for us users, I believe it could be a good revenue opportunity for the company. For instance, a business could pay a yearly fee to be listed "on route."

Beep Beep function - I have found that it works until I grant the app (android) permission to my Contacts.

Clicking on users on the map seems useless / doesnt work
I noticed that when I click on any wazer ln the map, it displays their name as ‚wazer‘ and they seemingly joined 8 years ago. Furthermore, the buttons ‚beep‘ and ‚message‘ are grayed out, it is the same for every user.
I contacted support for that matter, thinking it was a fixable issue client-side. But to my surprise, I got told it was the intended way of working.
So I suggest either removing the name, date of join and the buttons entirely, as they don‘t work or seem to serve any purpose, or to display the right name, right date…1 vote -

Traffic fine amount alert when exceeding speed limit.
Finland has 2 types of traffic fines for speeding: The ones that are fixed and ones that are based on drivers income.
It would add safety and awareness if You could add Your monthly income to the app and when speeding, the display informs You how much the traffic fine WOULD BE in total euros if You hit a speedtrap or camera.... Get the idea? I would pay for that feature and I think it would be much more realistic to see the total estimated fine than just seeing the speedlimit exceeded by 10-15km/hrs. Remove Drive Feature
When utilizing the Remove Drive feature, there should be an option to either remove the single drive or remove all the drives based on the address entered.

Vignettes from 8 EU countries in Waze
So in Europe 8 countries where driver need vignettes. I purpose you to discuss with Vignette ID to integrate this option to Waze app. Its can be helpful for drivers

Hi Waze, I would like to inform you that Waze app has been abit down lately. Especially when comment icon is shown on the road, Waze is not responding to show the comments I click on. Can you please fix the bug? Appreciates 🙏

Gaza Genocide
I have loved Waze for years (been using it since probably 2017 roughly?), and just found out this morning that Waze is an Israeli company. The horrific ongoing genocide and humanitarian crisis in Gaza has opened my eyes to the 75+ years of occupation and ethnic cleansing in Palestine, and I feel sick knowing the money I’ve unknowingly given to them over the years. Do better.

Why is waze demanding my date of birth?
Waze displayed a screen demanding my date of birth while I was driving and using it for navigation. This screen cannot be closed and reappears when Waze is restarted. I consider this both an unwarranted invasion of privacy and more importantly HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE of your programmers to make this occur while the app is in use in a moving vehicle. I have used Waze for many years and recommended it to many friends and colleagues. I am now however being forced to stop using Waze unless I comply with this unwarranted data demand.

follow a route with a friend, you will be able to see their avatar, the cart following you, or in front of you, and there is also an add type system, my name is Filipi0y, I saw it there in friends in add and search for and display name, the person who received the request has to accept or ignore. And they can follow a route together if they are close to each other
