Ability to turn off the auto route home feature. I don't Need directions home from work every day and I'm constantly having to cancel the navigation so not interrupted by the turn by turn audio

Mark dangerous streets to be avoided as alternate routes
The app should have a feature to avoid perilous areas of the city unless the destination address falls inside the area. This is extremely important for waze users in cities such as Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo for safety reasons.

Sheldon from Big Bang Theory to voice directions, Rajeesh to give warnings. It would be kinda fun to have 2 voices while driving.

Can you create a "rouch railroad crossing" hazard? In an unfmailiar area it would be nice to know if the railroad is going to eat your car.
Please add a "Rough Railroad Crossing" hazard. Pothole doesn't quite describe the situation properly.

Event Location
Why not let us post event location such as wedding, birthday etc. Easier for our guest to search for the place by looking up the event name. U may make this chargeable if needed so.

Historical Data or Plan Your Trip Feature
There should be a way to see historical data on traffic flows. So when planning a trip I can see that 90% of the time traffic is at a standstill in this section during these days and hours so I can plan around it.

In road hazards, include an option for "rough road".
There are a number of times when traveling and the road I was on was in terrible condition. It was extremely bumpy, some pot holes, loose gravel, etc. I would have liked a warning regarding these conditions. While there is a pot hole warning option, that does not clearly express the quality of the road in toto. These rough road conditions apply to paved roads as well as dirt roads. In reality, in some places where I have driven the dirt roads were in better condition than the paved roads.

Home and Work - Allow disable or stop giving me turn-by turn directions for my daily commute!
As a user, I would like to be able to disable the "are you on your way to work/home" feature so that automatic turn-by turn directions do not start for my daily commute if I am not quick enough at saying no.
OR
As a user, I would like to be able to choose a setting that allows for only alerts on my route (not turn by turn) for my daily commute. So that I can be made aware of major accidents/delays for my commute.Here are the scenarios.

A Known Jamaican Guided Voice on Waze - In Support of a non profit, KiDz HuB Media
Currently Waze has a number of voices for guided voice. However, there is no Jamaican Voice, though lots of Caribbean nationals living in the USA and Canada use Waze as a means to get around. I think i would be really cool to have a reggae artist like a Shaggy, Tessanne Chin, or Machel Montano as an option for guided voices. This could be a great way for Waze to also support or bring awareness to a non profit that one of these entertainers support/endorse.

Re-start navigation when the car starts moving
When the car stops, even for a red light, the Waze Navigation ends. When the car starts moving again, there is a screen asking if you still want to go to your destination, but once I get a green light I don't want to manipulate the phone to tell Waze to continue navigating.
Navigation should re-start automatically, even after a long stop such as for loading gas and using the rest room. If the driver does not want the navigation to continue, he/she can stop it.
In any case, the amount of time Waze waits until navigation is stopped should…1 vote -
Finf the best time for traveling
On our daily commute to work, Waze can offer a suggestion to reduce traveling time based on our records.
i.e. – suggest to leave 10 min earlier to save half hour in our morning or afternoon commute.
Waze is learning our schedule and can offer best time for traveling.

Kids safe ride home from school
A kid in need for a safe ride home will be marked ( with s parent approval) and all people approved as a "safe list" may be monitored by their rout. And offer or be offered to help a safe journey home for a child. The journey may bs tracked on line by the parent. And approved as the journey is safely concluded. A good idea mainly for small familiar communities

I would like to see a pickup staging option for ride share and taxi drivers.
As a recent UBER driver, I find WAZE an invaluable tool, as it integrates as a navigator right into their system so I do not have to enter the address manually. I have been using waze since it has been introduced here in Minneapolis, and threw away my old nav systems... Here is an improvement I'd like to see. I would like the option to add a stop to the current address(without having to do it manually), 2 addresses back from the stop, on the same side of the street. Call it a staging stop. Too many road hazards, categorize Major vs minor, enable the turning off minor road hazard notifications, they clutter the display
Unclutter Nav map, road hazards are way too plentiful. Make two different categories of road hazards major and minor. Give the ability to turn off minor road hazards on your display. When the screen is cluttered with 20 minor road hazards, you don't even look at them.
