  1. Toll/No toll option BEFORE choosing route.

    This is a NO-BRAINER. If I want to view the toll road and non-toll road options, I want to be able to choose it BEFORE selecting the route, not buried in ‘settings’ and worse, only AFTER I’ve set the route.

    We plan to work on having a feature to toggle on and off Toll routes in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

  2. Report broken traffic light in Android Auto

    Please add the ability to report a broken traffic light while using Waze on Android Auto.

    We plan to work on Including “Broken Traffic Light” hazard report in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

  3. Waze for ANDROID AUTO and 'avoiding' settings

    Please add, in the ANDROID AUTO VERSION of Waze, the setting options for 'avoid freeways' etc... (Mazda MX-5 ND)

    We plan to work on implementing an option to change the routing preferences in Waze while Android Auto is connected in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

  4. Search Suggestions

    When performing search for any point of interest, Waze returns suggestions as you type. Those suggestions are presented in weirdest order. It doesn't show distance and sometimes can suggest location that is completely different state while in reality there is one close by.

    Thanks for your suggestion.
    As you may know, we recently added Waze Addresses to the auto-complete search.
    We are currently working on sorting auto-complete search results and hope to be able to share some exciting news about it soon.

  5. Add shields to on and off ramps

    When a road type ramp has a route number on it, a shield should be generated for the navigation instruction. For example, a on-ramp named "to US-27" should produce "to <US-27 shield>". Similarly: "Exit 29: US-19 / US-23 / SR-43" should produce "Exit 29: <US-19 shield> <US-23 shield> <SR-43 shield>.

    We plan to work on adding Toll & HOV pass settings into the Waze live map in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you have the latest version of Waze to access all the latest features.
