Option to disable route recalculating alert. That nerve wracking chirp is driving me crazy!
Whoever approved that grating & obnoxious squawking route recalculation alarm should be fired. I drive a cab and even my customers cringe when they hear it and say "what's that awful noise". PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET US TURN IT OFF! Alerts only should mean alerts only. Hearing that damn noise screech and grate 5 times when I'm driving through a parking lot is maddening!

Having a sound for when you veer off course is fine - but many of us have Waze set to alert level notifications only, as we listen to podcasts or something else while in the car, and use Waze during a commute and only really want to know when police are ahead of us. Having the app beep at us, interrupting podcasts or other audio that is playing, gets to be an obscene annoyance. Re-routing should not be on the same level of alert as police, or road hazards. Please either remove the re-routing sound from alert level, or create another option so that we can just get hazards, police and other true road alerts at the alert level.

The new sound the play is over my car speaker when I changed routes is the most awful sounding history I need a way to be able to turn that off yet keep alerts only on

Please make the new "feature" of making the incredibly annoying "route change" chirp sound in Alerts Only mode optional. Since Waze doesn't understand HOV restrictions (or at least doesn't let you indicate you're HOV eligible), it's incredibly annoying to hear that chirp over a dozen times on each commute since the latest update.

in the latest update, now there is a noise that happens when you make a turn that is not in the suggested route. it is an annoying noise and I honestly don't see the point in it whatsoever. please remove or make it a setting in sounds.
