allow email responses to your team's questions to us
Not sure why I would report map issues. I LOVE Waze, so this is not a general issue with the app, but 2x recently I've submitted a map issue and received a note back asking me questions but with no way to respond. The email is "no-reply@" and it asks me to respond online but gives no decent instruction as to where other than in the editor in the app. I only really interact on the map screen so I don't really have a desire to poke around and find this mythical place to respond to questions. If you're asking me for more information and it isn't a "Case" I've submitted, why make me jump through all of these hoops with only minimal instructions. There isn't even enough info in the email to let me know which issue I reported you're asking about or what the actual question is other than "you haven't provided info"
I agree. A lot of precious UR updates are lost as users simply try to respond to an email asking them for more information.
