Be able to set on a favorite (or home / work address) a trigger when we are arriving close to destination.

Example :
I set that if I'm less than a minute away from arriving home, I call an URL opening automatically my gate.

If I'm a minute away from arriving at my favorite train station, I'm opening train app to show next train schedule, etc...
