New weather hazard for high winds

I use the Severn bridges which suffer as a result of high winds, so would be useful to be able to report this to other Waze users.

Any chance you guys can add Wind as a hazard? Was driving on Hwy 152, and felt my car was about to take off.

Also, I think sleet would be good add as well. Thank you.

Please consider the addition of:
- Blowing Dust
- High Winds/Crosswinds

Blowing dust is a dangerous hazard in arid Desert locales across the Western US as well as other Desert locales around the world. Major accidents and Interstate/roadway closures often result because of poor visibility due to blowing dust. Please consider adding this as a report-able hazard!
