Car pool - Allow none car holders to join a ride by car pool option.
Meaning that if I'm sitting on a bus stop and would like to get somewhere I can use my waze application to see who with a car and waze is driving on my direction. If the car holder is picking me up I will pay some fee to the driver according to the KM made.
