Indicate walking distance.
When near destination the client could calculate walking distance to the destination (by navigation through walking trails and considering all segments as two way street [but not highways..])
This way I can choose to park the car and walk 50m instead of driving 300m to go around... and find no parking spot!

Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

I already tought on this before, but now I am writing down my ideas... And I just saw one already created. Hope we make this happen.
I use sometimes when I walk after park my car and it's annoying because it keeps telling you as you would be a car. Lol

I would love to have a walking or tourist mode option, where i could enter specific locations, restaurants, museums, trains or subways, etc and have them displayed on a city map as I transverse the city either by foot or on the subway. An option could be provided whereby one could prepare the locations of interest and upload them to the phone app.
Just came back from Paris and something like that would have been really helpful. -

It would be pretty useful to add the ability to zoom a location like a mall, theme park, convention hall where wazers that are your friends can find you by turning on WAZE and walking towards that person. dont think you would even need a map of the location just walking distance from one wazer phone to the other. could be useful?
