During this period in which cycling is becoming more and more popular, Wase can help the security of the riders. Cyclist start road driving open the Wase App. And select f "I went out riding". Wase can warn drivers nearby- "cyclist in front of you."

Or use realtime data from apps like strava or mapmyride.

I was going to post a similar idea that can be useful to refine yours. Mine was more focused on roads and cyclists groups: To warn about a cyclist can be annoying if there are too many cyclists around. But Waze could detect that "there is a group" and warn about it. With this video I try to explain it:
It's in Spanish but very visual, easy to understand..
Cyclists need to stay off roads that don't have a safe shoulder. It is the auto drivers responsibility not to hit cyclists however cyclists continue to ride dangerously in traffic lanes & swerve in &out
The problem with this is that in a city center where there are many-many cyclist, you would constantly get warnings which is more annoying than helpful.
I was just going to add a similar request but you hit the point rather well. This would provide a great safety feature for cyclists on small dark twisting country roads. Car users could also mark super slow cyclists they come across on hills or cycling on fast flowing dual carriageways.
Cyclists could help Waze build up a database of hilly (slow) and (faster) flat routes then maybe in the not to distant future cyclists could get great Waze route suggestions that help them pick routes that are a little flatter and easier.

great idea, also a "road with bike lane" option would be nice, to let them know either a shoulder bike lane or an "in lane" bike lane is coming up/on the road
Soportong this big idea
