avoid waze to stop in iPhone, when an e-mail comes in
I have e-mail as one of the 4 'locked' icons on my start screen. When nagivating and receiving an e-mail, the information from Waze stops (map is running, but no spoken messages anymore). Is this possible to overrule (so: block messages coming in when navigating? I am not allowed to read mail whilst driving anyway). Thanks. Eric

Description of historical significance associated with places we travel
Hi As I drive, sometimes I am intrigued about the places I travel or going through places. It will be helpful if my friendly incident can provide laconic descriptions of places. People can turn off this feature if they want but this will help.

Add feature that allows user to share that they are riding in the Diamond Lane so they can get accurate ETA for their drive.

Suggestion on Waze
Can you add this to your menu, I hope you will understand my suggestion. Can you add this kind of feature, that there should be a 2nd drive option after setting the destination on 1st drive so that the driver will continue his driving and no need to stop just to change his next destination.

Why is your system so inferior to Google Maps? We did a side-by-side, and Google consistently was 30 seconds faster in giving direction??
Why is your system so much slower than Google (on a side-by-side basis)? Why does Google consistently suggest routes that, while maybe not quite as fast as your fastest routes all the time, are far faster than your #2 and #3 route, and which update much more frequently? Have you really looked at how competitive your product is versus them???

different colour for added stop
Firstly I want to say how much I love this app but one thing that I wish I could change it the colour of the route when I have added a stop. I often use this feature (when I am picking my wife up from work on the way home from my work).
As this journey covers a small area I find it hard to tell which part of the route is my primary route and which part is the route I will be using once I pick my wife up.

Category - Disc Golf Course
There are "Golf Courses" as categories but not "Disc Golf Courses" as a category option when editing the map. Ball golfers are always getting the glory but are not having near as much fun! Give some props to us disc golfers!!!

Waze gostaria de recomendar uma melhoria simples e de alto impacto: a indicação nas rotas exibidas do sinal de "Pare" em cruzamentos em que a mão preferencial não é a do motorista.
Alguns motoristas dirigem olhando o GPS quando estão próximos de alguma entrada e acabam usando visão periférica pra ver se há carros na frente sem observar maiores detalhes... como a placa de "Pare", que muitas vezes está escondida.
E vocês sabem isso mais que eu (eheh), mas pra mapear é fácil... Uma vez que todo cruzamento do mundo tem a definição da via preferencial e, que os carros…

Passive Police Notification
If Waze requires passive information from users, would it be possible to get a police reported notification any time, not just when within the app?

scheduling feature
When using the new scheduling feature, it would be great if the full address is added to the schedule. I use this navigation to get to clients homes and businesses, getting me to the right spot on the street is helpful but I have to open my work app in order to get the full address.

Brazil
I,m a Brazilian Waser (São Paulo city) and I took a cab (Uber) that only use Wase like route. I put Metro Vila Prudente and it was out of date.... I payed 2 routes and I couldn't arrive in my destiny.... It will be updated!!!

O aplicativo Waze podia ter um identificador de obstaculo ( tartaruga ) ja indicando o obstaculo a frente, assim prevenindo a colisão . Que sera avisado bem antes que tem obstaculo a frente .

Actually, I don't have a real idea, I just want to give you guys a feedback. I'm a long time heavy user of Waze (3 to 4 hours daily), however It think that I'll have to stop using the app. Your last version was not developed for Android. Zone bleue (disque de stationnement).
Lorsque l'on entre une adresse de destination, l'idée serait de recevoir une notification si celle ci se situe en zone bleue (utilisation obligatoire du disque de stationnement) afin de nous rappeller d'utiliser le disque de stationnement et ainsi d'éviter une amende.
En Belgique, ces zones sont souvent très peu visibles mais les communes engagent des sociétés privées qui verbalisent les contrevenants.
