Esas alertas solo la puede colocar editores de niveles mayores.
La característica si existe
Respecto a una vía cerrada puedes colocar un Error de Mapa y te lo atienden sin estar en el sitio, pero las alertas de policía y vehículo si debes estar en el sitioandres_twins

Puedes generar una Solicitud de actualizacion (Nube Naranja), explicando donde encontraste el cierre y un editor local te ayudara

O puedes ir a la nube naranja en tu app >Error de Mapa y en comentarios das los mayores de detalles para que un editor local te ayude con la actualizacion

We plan to work on adding an alert for Speed Bumps in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

At the end of each year it shows your user's general activity similar to Strava, Spotify or Deezer.. Showing kms traveled, edits, alerts sent. In general our activity in the app
Al final de cada año muestra la actividad general de tu usuario similar a Strava, Spotify o Deezer. Mostrando kms recorridos, ediciones, alertas enviadas. En general nuestra actividad en la aplicación.
