I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, not sure if phone type is a culprit, but despite the “prevent phone from locking” switch being toggled ‘ON’ my phone screen keeps locking while I have an active route up, and since (for some reason) the iPhone can’t do facial recognition in landscape mode, which is how I use my map, and by extension how the phone itself is oriented, I end up having to put my PIN number in, and do it sideways (even though the orientation lock is off). I’ve toggled the switch in settings, didn’t work. I’ve logged out and back on, didn’t work. I reset the phone, didn’t work. This is a recent thing I might add and it’s intermittent occurring several times per week for the entire time I’m using the app, but not occurring daily. I sent logs over about 40 minutes ago with the hopes that something will be seen there.
