    As a Traffic Incident Management Service provider on a high speed motorway it is critical that this function be activated. Unlike Emergency Services we are not allowed to display flashing red/blue lights but have to deal with vehicle fires/medical episodes/person at risk of self harm. We are only allowed to display amber flashing lights. Road users do not move over or slow down when they see amber lights. We have a 2% road user compliance to posted speed limits. Trigger a 300m advance audible warning of "Move over slow down" would help my staff work safer.
