   Show the best time in a day to go to a destination based on last days, week day and month.

   I want to go to a different city and I check the best hour to do so. The system will see we are in January (winter), last days the road was busy but this is Sunday so there is light trafic.

   The application will present next 12 hours:
   - 9:00a.m.: 2.30 hours to destination
   - 10:00a.m.: 2.22 hours to destination
   ...
   - 21:00a.m.: 1.57 hours to destination
