    I think it's a good idea... However I'm not sure how much of a penalty is being applied here. I thought it would be like 3 minutes or so, just to make it "less preferred" (not prohibited) but it seems like the penalty is much higher than that. Anyhow I know that's not what this question is about so I'll just say that this is also a good idea.
