    Use the app "Waze Launcher" this feature is included.

  2. Sense when connected to a specific bluetooth ID and then start Waze. And exit when not connected. (Xiialive does this excellent)

    You can use "Waze Launcher" available on the playstore. It will automatically launch Waze when you start to drive your car.

    please try something like "Waze Launcher", the best app to launch automatically Waze when you start driving (sensors, GPS, bluetooth, power supply, ...)
