Public/Community assistance
1. Feature: If I can reach a cell tower and have gps I should be able to post a request for assistance. There are many people (200+) currently unaccounted for in our area if they could push one button select the nature of their emergency and whether they are requesting community assistance or state gov assistance it would plot them on the map and notify
Optional catagories
2. State Gov hazards: States/Fed could easily add road closures, accidents, and other problems that could allow waze to auto redirect people to requested locations via a safe route.
3. Social Hazards: An overlay that would allow people that run into an issue or who passed hazards that are no longer an issue they could post time stamp location, mark a section of road, attach pictures of an issue, and google maps would ask if you would like to route through or around an issue
