My suggestion is, place a time stamp/ or a timer since last update on issue, I just finished driving to Florida and back from Orlando Florida, I tried to clear off as many obsolete notices, but let’s face it no police spotting is going to be valid for more Than 4 hours in one spot. So when you look at the map and see 6 police spottings within 2-3 miles you know it’s prob the same cop but which one is the most recent. Then for vehicle on side of road use time stamp and if not cleared off by a user auto clear it after 3 days because the states are going to tow it away within 3 days, auto clear police sightings if. O updates or user canceled sightings in 24 hours.
In local city areas maybe add the choice for occupied police car or unoccupied (orals do is notorious for parking cars in an area then put lights on a timer to come off) and then move the car like once a week just so it looks like that areas being patrolled. I think that at Disney one Orange County sheriffs car has not moved in years. It’s sits across from contemporary resort.
I just think that the time stamp helps because in some instances you might be in heavy traffic or inclement weather and you can’t post or clear items
