Agree - in the UK dual carriageways and motorways are limited to 70 (not that everyone apparently travels that speed), however for fuel economy I frequently travel at 60.
In co-pilot its possible to set the speed per grade of road - so on motorways I can specify 65, on dual carriageways 60 and so on. It would be great of Waze can support this as well, so my ETA is MY ETA - not the ETA of someone doing the limit of the roads.
