I work for a toll road and when it rains I can tell you three locations in our 60 mile portion we patrol where an accident is most likely. I think Waze could collect the data of the Gps locations where people mark accidents add a question to include road conditions . If this feature was created and enable it could save lives. Caution : High accident area ahead!
