    Sometimes a reroute saves only a few minutes and it is not worth the hassle of all the twists and turns. Last time it did thus, it took me through an area with multiple blocks if construction and I got a nail in my tire. Fortunately, the ensuing flat tire waited until I was near home. But if it was in the construction area, it could have been very difficult to get service.
