1. Pothole symbol is too limited. Add a symbol for road surface that is badly broken up.

   Road surfaces that have pavement that is broken up are a major problem in areas with extreme weather conditions. These pose a danger to vehicle struts, suspensions, and tires, and can cause vehicle to swerve involuntarily. A warning, akin to the pothole warning symbol, needs to be added.
