I think that a notification (voice alert), lets say 1 minute or 1km before you reach the traffic jam, would be great and would greatly increase security for drivers. You could include a logic that these voice alerts are only posted, if you are driving with a speed of more 70 km/h, so there are no useless alerts, when you are in the traffic jam already.
