Too many people report cars parked in rest stops or small divots as hazards. This is just pointless noise that detracts from the reports concerning real hazards.
If there was an option to report back to the user that the car or pothole they reported as a hazard shouldn't have been, it would teach people to do the right thing instead of spamming the system.
The button would compliment the "still there" and "not there" buttons and maybe notify the original reporter if (say) 3 or 5 "Not a Hazard" reports came in.
Users that continue to report incorrect hazards could also be blocked from reporting for a month or so.
Let's keep Waze reports clean.
