   there are speed limits in France for young drivers on specific vehicle.
   14 years, licence AM : 45 km/h
   16 years, licence B1 : 70 km/h
   18 years licence B : 80 km/h on road, 110 km/h on highway
   or also some farmer vehicles, 25,45,60 km/h
