Since early '22 you have to distinguish between different "EURO" levels in-between the green label for the Munich area. So, e.g. all older diesel cars with green label worse than “EURO 4” are not supposed to use the “green zone”.
It’s not enough just to mark the green label, you need additionally the level of the “EURO-classification”.
