    This could work similar to how traffic reports do. Someone reports it under Hazards, and it would mark surrounding segments similar to how traffic reports do. Trigger notifications just like any other reported hazard.

    Works well for farm vehicles, garbage trucks, horse-drawn vehicles, snow plows, bicycles, etc.
