Of course I understand why they try put exhaust laws in place however it very unreasonable in New York city nowadays that is the least of concerns their is shooting all around and crime spreading. Loud exhaust last for couple seconds even loud music too. if someone is bother about 15 seconds or more they should go to the park or something there will be a factor of noise still with music and children playing and screaming etc. Train run and make alot of noise for 5min straight pulling off and stopping. Louder than a car exhaust. Even a plane coming in for landing is even loud. Point is you can never accomplish perfect peace in new york city. And for the people who complain about music loud exhaust etc. Go to the park go in the library or walk or deal with it for 2min and carry about your day.
