    As incredible as it may seem, I would suggest the same thing, adding that the app would follow the same idea as Waze transit, with status and information for any beach in the world, updated by the users themselves.
    Among the information:
    Occupancy rate: ex: Crowded beach, Empty beach, Beach with average occupancy
    Water quality: Dirty water, Clean water
    Waves: High Waves, Medium Waves, Irrelevant Waves
    Incidents: Drowning, robbery, accident, bather attacked by shark, lost child looking for parents,... and others
    And any other topic of interest to the user.
