A slightly better explanation of the above suggestion:
In the Netherlands, highways and provincial roads often use hectometer posts (highway location marker/milestone) along the highway. These are placed every 100 meters and indicate which road you are driving on by showing the road number, the direction by means of Li (left) and Re (right) and below that the number, for example A4 Li 44.5 (kilometer 44 and 500 meters).
In the Netherlands, these road numbers have also been added to the map as Place with category "Transport" and "Intersection/junction".

So it would be nice if you could see the road you are driving on at the bottom of Waze to see / A4 Li 44.5 there.
