When looking for a hospital (emergency department) it doesn't appear as a shortcut category on android auto, yet it does when just using the phone app. I'd suggest most people will be using their car to get to a hospital emergency department and might not know where the local one is in a time of need. I recommend this is added to the categories on android auto, as its far more important than 'coffee'!
