Yes! In Dallas, there are NTTA tollways with set pricing, but there are private tollways with dynamic pricing that can be incredibly expensive, based on the traffic at the time. There's no way to predict the amount, so I avoid them altogether. But sometimes I need a quicker route and I'm happy to pay the set amount on the NTTA tollway -- yet I can't see it because Waze is only suggesting the fastest tollway routes.
