Totally agree and should be a standard Waze feature. Any traffic incident that involves vulnerable road users (pedestrians) out of their vehicles on foot including ES, Tow trucks, first responders. road users etc, should attract a different type of traffic incident ahead symbol that activates an audible tone to all traffic 1km upstream reminding them to "Move over slow down". This provides traveller information and attracts the attention of the road user prior to the incident scene allowing a change in driver behaviour.
