   Translation: You could add a plugin to Waze to connect to OBD2 to use the vehicle's actual speed and mileage when inside a tunnel, or even when the GPS connection drops, so you can post a warning. I've seen cars stopped on the route inside the tunnel in dangerous locations. There are several OBD2 programmes available, and Bluetooth devices are inexpensive.
