    Portugal is currently experiencing a period of intense storms and persistent heavy rainfall. This has led to the rapid formation of severe, deep potholes across major routes.
    Currently, hazard pot holes reports are disappearing within hours, yet the danger remains. I am seeing multiple vehicles stranded on the roadside with blown tires daily due to these specific holes.
    Please investigate if these can be marked as a more "permanent" hazard or if the "Timeout" threshold can be extended for this region until the weather stabilizes and road repairs are completed. The current auto-delete function is failing to protect drivers from active, recurring damage.
