    Today August 2 from 1PM to 2PM now on PA Rte 84 to NY Rte 84 there is an abusive user Reporting car on shoulder every 0.3 to 0.7 miles apart and there are no cars.
    They have to be purposely abusing the system and should be suspended.
    You can see if one user is repeatedly adding the reports
    Please suspend them for all the good users.
