    When I have gone to the inbox to answer a question, I can't get back to it. I recently had a map issue and had to leave the inbox to look at something in Waze so I could answer completely. Then I couldn't get back to it. There needs to be a way to go to it when needed. I don't think it needs to be used for anything except things like answering map issues or giving more information for issues.
