It would be great to have a feature that allowed users to see ahead of time any high accident prone areas (i.e. a sound or visual notification that shows areas along their route that have historically high reported accidents and what type of accidents are likely to occur). Many of us who drive the same routes everyday know of the areas to be extra vigilant of while driving through (i.e. I have an area along my daily commute that has an unusually high number of drivers who run stop signs. It has resulted in numerous crashes throughout the years for individuals who do not pay extra attention), but when any of us are driving in new areas we're not experienced enough to know the areas that carry added risk and why they do. I feel like such a feature could save lives.
