Guys, I don’t know what’s going on with this app lately but it has caused me more grief and wasted time. Multiple times now it has turned me around when I was only minuets from where I needed to be and sent me backwards and added up to 20-30 unnecessary min.
My suggestion you need to make a better app for NYC & the boroughs. We don’t always need to pay the high tolls and there are better ways to save a minute..literally a minuet. The Apple only give me the option of paying a $10 toll to save a minute, I’m a little outraged with the Apple lately and that’s why I am posting here I don’t know how to get a hold of anyone. The other night took me an extra half an hour to get home when I said above I was only a few minutes away I had no idea why was rerouting me and putting me all the way back onto the highway that I avoided and was long past.
