2. Add "avoid border crossings" setting, just like avoid toll roads or ferries.

   Let user decide to avoid selected Countries when route is over cross countries. For example to calculate route between Bulgaria-Greece and for personal reasons I don't want to go trough Macedonia (it is not allowed, I don't have the permit, It is not safe, or whatever reason)
