4. dont provide directions in areas that you don't have the need infrastructure. I will never use this app again. 4th Time on a 30min detour

   If you don't have the infrastructure to successfully navigate and provide directions to a certain geographic location; don't fucking provide directions. This is the 4th time that waze directions have sent me on a thirty minute detour. The last time sent me into a dead end. No light. Neighborhood. Ran out of gas and had to call AAA. I'm holding back the urge to have my attorney contact your company for liquidated damages and potential harm.
   I was a big fan of your app when I lived in la. But I will never use this app again. I will make sure I inform everyone I know to do the same.

   Don't provide information you don't have. Your app is as useful as a asking a crack head for directions.

15. The Help Center is NO HELP. When tracking someone's drive, if you leave the app and go back, you can no longer track them. STUPID

    When someone sends their ETA and I track their drive, if I leave the app and go to mail or messages, for example, then back to the app, I can no longer track their drive. Fix that please.
