1. On new Intallation of WAZW, Losing all contacts and places

   Dear WAZE, From some reason, I had to Uninstall the WAZE APP and Install it again. While opening the new Installed WAZE APP I noticed that I LOST ALL previous contact and places. Can you restore it to my account. Ran Machtinger.

3. FeedForward

   Hi Waze, I am Ritthik a 10 years old primary school student from Malaysia. I have noted waze users give "feedback" updates (example: an accident, so on), but, why we do not consider "FeedForward" method?

   Let me explain "feedforward", i have seen in numerous occasions that we need to give our way to priority vehicles, example, Ambulance, Fire truck, Police, and many more. But, no users give this to the vehicles in front and we may not realizing that there is a priority vehicle approaching us - this could save lives, prompt action and simply we could do a better "alert" than plotting a cop ahead of us.

   I have shared my idea for a project for my school and I would like to seek your help and assistance on this.

   If this is what we could make it better and enhance our maps - we will be delighted as well we can work with you to make this happen and we could complete our project for the school as well (with my friends).

   We appreciate all you courtesy and support to make our world a better place to live with harmony and joy - with care and support.

   Thank you Waze and hope I will get a good news soon.

4. Bad update

   This update isn't user friendly. When I disconnect from my car, Waze still runs on my phone. Can't remove old destinations.

5. POI no longer exists at the address

   Add a feature where a driver can report a store or company no longer exists at an address or the building has changed into something else

6. Black screen issue

   When changing the driving destination and want to stop the current route, it becomes black screen of death! It cannot be stopped. I had to turn the phone off completely or GPS off to get out of Waze app.

8. LUGARES GUARDADOS no funciona

   Waze es fantástico.
   Es el gran invento del siglo.
   Pero hay una característica en su funcionamiento que lo hace muy malo e inútil en ciertos momentos en los que más lo necesitas….

   A diferencia de Google Maps en donde el usuario guarda un lugar, por ejemplo, para visitar al día siguiente, y permite hacerlo en carpetas personalizadas, Waze adolece de un grave defecto: el guardado de un lugar en “MIS LUGARES GUARDADOS” nunca funciona.

   Cuando el usuario busca un lugar y lo guarda en esta categoría “con el icono de la estrella” para ubicarlo con rapidez y facilidad, por ejemplo al día siguiente, se encuentra con la frustración de que éste no está allí.
   Este problema se presenta independientemente de si el usuario asignó o no un nombre personalizado a este lugar.

   El problema es además agigantado por el hecho de que lamentablemente Waze no permite organizar este listado de “favoritos” por orden alfabético o por fecha de creación (ésto sería extremadamente útil), de esta forma la búsqueda (que será infructuosa) lleva mucho tiempo cuando el usuario tiene una gran cantidad de viejos lugares guardados.
   Si. Dije eso…. “viejos lugares guardados”…. pero entonces…. Sí se pueden guardar….?
   La respuesta es incierta.
   Desconozco si quizás existe una demora entre el momento del guardado y la aparición en esa nuestra lista de favoritos, pero el hecho es que es muy frustrante cuando al día siguiente quieres volver a encontrar tu “lugar guardado” y éste no existe en tu lista.

   Este proceso de guardado de lugares “favoritos” es extremadamente importante para planificación de viajes y este mal funcionamiento desalienta el uso de esta aplicación.
   El proceso tampoco funciona intentando hacerlo de la otra forma posible, la cual es, ingresando a “Mi Waze”, “Lugares Guardados” y clickeando arriba en “Agregar un lugar”

9. BUG Report

   First - as great as WAZE is the mechanism to simply report a bug is incredibly difficult. Have to navigate a myriad of screens that don't even land at the right spot. The best option is this Suggestion Box- which isn't really what this is; it's not a suggestion it's a bug repot!

   Second - the bug itself: whether it is the latest release or a recent one a bug has been introduced. Now when there's a hazard if I don't click on "there" or "not there" the 'still there' dialog box persist indefinitely. In the past it would stay for a few seconds with the scrolling timer and eventually goes away after about 5-10 seconds. Keeping this well after the fact is distracting and hinders how much of the map can be viewed.

10. Alerts Stuck

    When starting a new trip, the first alert that appears (speed camera, traffic light camera, railway crossing, etc.) remains fixed on the screen, and after going through this alert, the alert is not deleted, it does not refresh, it does not report a new alert. The first alert that appears stays permanently... it only goes away when starting a new trip... where the first new alert that appears is stuck again.

11. Just joined and unable to make edits

    i just joined the waze community last week, and whenever i try to add any new roads, understand there is some technical issues preventing L1 Editors to do any edits, appreciate if someone can advice when this permission will be enabled for L1 users.

15. Pérdida GPS PUEBLA

    18 de oct aprox. 5 p.m. perdió el GPS WAZE en celular con AT&T en PUEBLA en un día soleado. Cambié a GOOGLE MAPS y sin problemas.

16. Pérdida GPS debajo pisos elevados CDMX

    El 31 de oct al circular en los carriles a nivel de piso debajo de pisos elevados CDMX, WAZE perdió el GPS con TELCEL y no íbamos en carriles subterráneos. En cambio con GOOGLE MAPS sin problema.
    Esto me hace suponer que el satélite de WAZE tiene menos.potencia qué GOOGLE MAPS.

18. You have to get this app to stop overheating

    Waze is causing my iPhone 13 to overheat on a 20 minute journey and makes the app useless. It will damage the phone if I continue to use it. Someone needs to address this issue as I see from feedback and google it is not an isolated case nor unique to iPhones. It’s a great app but too risky to now use
