Segui orientações do forum do waze. Desistalei e instalei o waze, resetei o iPhone, apaguei arquivos. É mesmo assim não consigo sincronizar conta ativa com o meu número de celular.

Gas function is broken
The gas station function is broken and doesn't work all it does is add 20 minutes to your drive and why do you want to circle back to your route it is completely useless and a waste of your time

במצב קיים קיימת תקלת נווט.
כאשר מנווט למספר יעדים ומוותר על הגעה ליעד ביניים או מגיע רק לקרבת מקום של יעד הביניים וממשיך בנסיעה ליעד הבא בתור, המערכת מנסה להחזיר אותי ליעד הביניים עליו ויתרתי ועושה זאת אף בזמן הגעה ליעד הבא. יש לאפשר למערכת "מנגנון" להפסיק "להתעקש" בניסיונות להחזיר את המנווט ליעד עליו ויתר ולאפשר מצב ניווט ליעד/ים הבאים במסלול הנסיעה.2 votesThanks for reaching out. Hazards that are two separate issue close together, get consolidated
today I reported two separate hazards that were about 1/4 mile apart and it consolidated them into one hazard with a numeral that two wazers reported it.

Waze needs to correct exit 1 of Atlantic City Expressway. There is no longer a Revel Beach, as there is no longer a Revel Casino.

Spoken Turn-by-turn Directions (Bug Report)
First, I don't think you could possibly make it more difficult for a user to report a bug that needs attention.
Now, on to the problem. I run Waze on an iPhone 5s. Since I upgraded to iOS 9.3, the spoken turn-by-turn directions have become clipped or truncated. Previously, Waze would say, "In a quarter of a mile, turn left ..." Now, Waze says, "In a qu, turn left." This truncation or omission occurs on all directions that anticipate a turn, i.e., "in 1000 feet" or "in 500 feet" is now completely omitted. This results in the driver being directed…

Seems to be an issue with running the latest version of Waze on the Samsung S5 in that Waze says it does not have GPS reception, but it does
Previous version worked fine. Troubleshoot the problem in the current version and correct in the next version.

Usei a versão antiga muito, depois que atualizou nao funciona mais, demora muito para conectar procurando rede e se você esta em uma rota ele fica atualizando muito mais tempo e as vezes da falha com servidor , pode ser pelo motivo que a Internet aqui no Brasil e uma das piores do mundo, mas a versão antiga ainda rodava.

checking for new routes easier with button on map screen. Long routes need driver to manually check for new route.
For long commutes the traffic changes and the app won't update with a new route. I check for a new route 4-5 time during my morning commute as traffic changes, but the app lags calculating change for commutes to work.
